Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed. Due to the sensitive nature of research materials and applicable regulations:
Returns are not accepted
Refunds are not issued for change of mind, user error, or refused delivery
Chargebacks filed for delivered or stolen packages will be disputed with supporting documentation
